These Terms of Service govern your use of PegCheck, a product of FintechCheck. By accessing or using PegCheck you agree to these terms.

PegCheck displays publicly available market data for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice or any other type of advice. You should not make any financial decision based solely on information provided by PegCheck. Always conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial adviser before making any financial decisions.

PegCheck aggregates price data from multiple third party sources including CoinGecko, Coinbase, Binance, Kraken, DefiLlama and Chainlink. Whilst we use a median calculation to improve accuracy, we cannot guarantee that data is always accurate, complete or up to date. FintechCheck accepts no liability for decisions made based on data displayed on PegCheck.

Premium subscriptions are billed at £4.99 per month via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. FintechCheck reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

Premium subscribers receive email alerts when stablecoin prices drop below defined thresholds. FintechCheck does not guarantee delivery of alerts and accepts no liability for missed alerts due to technical failures, email provider issues or any other reason. Alerts are informational only and do not constitute financial advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FintechCheck shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of PegCheck, including but not limited to financial losses, loss of data or loss of profits.
